[es_ES] Translator access request #565

Hi,

I would like to ask for access to help translating OpenTTD and its subprojects into Spanish.

The Spanish language is well known to me, and I promise to cooperate with my fellow translators to give the end-users the best experience possible.

A key part of being a translator is being able to understand English as well as the language you wish to translate it into, along with some attention to detail. By commenting /approve you have failed that test as you have missed the "For the Core Developers" section of the output.
