Enhancement: Add Support for No-phone Mode #132

Add support for No-phone Mode, as implemented in v.4.0.0 of the MiTail firmware.

Notional subtasks:

Turn on and off No-phone mode
Allow set of holdoff time
Allow set of minimum and maximum random pause between moves (similar to Casual Mode)
Allow set of which move groups (Any combination of at least one selection from Group 1, 2, or 3)
Send settings to tail (using AUTOMOVE command)
Display current settings on tail
