Casual mode timer settings on settings page dont carry over to main page settings. #70

We could remove the slider from the settings page all together...!

@MasterTailer , to clarify the task. Other than removing the slider (probably with its handling code) from the settings page, do we need to fix any functionality, or that's it ?

Let's keep the slider. But let's make sure that the value on this slider is the same as the slider on the main page. They should always be identical values.
