I would like to compare, to see if there is any problem with my config, or if it's slow for everyone?

I ran this on Google Colab used an A100 GPU to generate a 1-minute video, and it took at least 20 minutes to complete the process.

Local server running, 10 seconds video 10 minutes or so

Can you share the way you processed whole video at ones... I vote compute 80 error also
