currently added RapidXML 1.13 from the official sourceforge repository. at the moment I'm very unsure on how the cmake files will link the code I've posted with the current librapidxml-dev in ubuntu/linux repos, as well as the overall quality of the cmake files I've done. Expect troubles!

I have to admit defeat in that field, I couldn't make it to work, but I will try again!
