API: Matching of URL #16

It should be possible to match a url, even if it's not exact. For example, a missing www, or an additional www, http/s, etc. Regex? or some other method?

Might want something more robust later, but closing for now - fixed in 79a6fc37fdb0b8ff9fed4808a31d03828e684865
