Domain Groups allow for multiple entries #30

Right now, the relationship between domains and domain groups can be many-to-many, which probably isn't right. Domain groups are primarily designed to provide permissions for users on what they can and cannot see. But that permissions system hasn't been implemented yet - right now, it's admin or not.

Placing this here as a reminder to revisit when more thought has gone into this.

Each domain can only belong to one domain group. So if you change the domain group, it changes the old mapping.
