Cumulative Tracking of page views #5

Right now, the log reporting application looks at log files present in the log.d directory of EOTK, and just analyzes each, storing an analysis file to S3.

Is it possible to either look at the analysis files in S3, or the log files and cumulatively track page views, etc. and store in postgresql?

Added home page hits to log reports. I think we can do some analysis based on those two to present in a graphic form at some point. Commit 0ac854b
