Implement editing of individual domain alternatives #57

Right now, there is an 'edit' button in the domain alternatives screen if you are an admin. Implement editing of individual alternatives, either manually, or automatically via programmatic change.

Editing changes both the database and the repo. If the repo is not changed, the database isn't changed.
