Better notification email #62

The daily report email is messy and not really informative. It might be better to also include the "monthly bad" report with a percent threshold, plus perhaps a few daily bad reports? Perhaps just a link to the bad reports?

Created a report which told how many reports and how many problems, and then also OONI reports and problems, with a list of problems below.
