I think "JavaScript the Definitive Guide" would also be a good addition. Half of is a complete JS and DOM reference which is quite useless as online is much better but anyway, it is a definitive guide, containing everything you need to know (including something called "AJAX" ;)).
Yeah, that's a good point. Initially, I had omitted the book because to me it's "just" a reference (and MDN does a better job there). But you're right. I'm going to add it for now.
