Remove the Web Developer Tools part in the HTML-Introduction #11

This was way too confusing for people that just started out getting started with basic HTML. I can provide more information after the meetup.

I totally sign that. Even if some of the attendees already seemed pretty confident in using the dev tools, the majority seemed to be overwhelmed with the abundance of options.

@gsambrotta mentioned they'd need it to see why certain files aren't loading and such issues … like a starting point for debugging. But I guess most of the attendees wouldn't even know how to fix such problems.

e.g. if we explain paths good enough (as mentioned in #12 ) attendees wouldn't have to "debug" at all.

I think probably using the devtools that one's browser provides is something that's best done by a coach explaining it to someone, rather than as a note which doesn't explain everything in the workshop notes.

Particularly since each browser vendor's implementation isn't completely alike.

Oops, I realised I accidentally recreated this in ed086e2203d43f2ef7ba77bcca2df5a90f5aeca1 because it's still mentioned in the second chapter.

The new section goes into a bit more detail about how to use it but I'd understand if you'd rather drop it and keep things very simple for now, can remove the back-reference in the second chapter.

Disregard previous comment, have put it in an Extras section instead.
