turtle import problem on ubuntu #24

python is preinstalled but (for some weird reason) the split-up python-tk needs to be installed as well. We should state that I guess.

Does anyone know if this is still an issue on current/recent Ubuntu? If so, I will add a note to the getting-started page.

Still an issue on Ubuntu 13.04. In my experience a lot of people don't read the getting started section very carefully so I put the note where the error occurs.
