Modernize layout #53

I suggest we use sphinx-bootstrap-theme to give our "Introduction to Programming with Python" a newer, fancier look. It's going to look like this: pybeginners-bootstrap

The Sphinx theme also supports using Bootswatch.

ping @ligthyear @Ivoz I think the pull request is technically sound (at least crafted to my best design-fu.) I merely need some input if this is something we'd want to do.
