Added missing german translation.

Hi @pintman, we do translations with the Transifex service.

You can find the project here on Transifex. If you apply to be in the translation team, we can add you, and you can submit the updated translation there. It's easiest to keep track of there.

OK. I created an account at Transifex and added the translation there. :) However, the "Edit on Github"-Link at the button of the page is misleading. I thought the changes should be realized as pull-request.
