Pass site name and script path #17

We need to make sure that the node application have access to not just the path being rendered, but the wgServer + wgScriptPath (or possibly just the ScriptPath) need to be passed so that we can properly build API calls correctly regardless of the details of a calling mediawiki setup.

This isn't needed any more, since the API url is now deduced from the wiki URL.
