Make mw2pdf respect the -o (--out) CLI parameter #34

This PR accomplishes two main goals:

  1. Add types through the mw2pdf codebase as much as humanly possible (and add documentation!).
  2. Make mw2pdf CLI respect the -o (--out) parameter (Issue #33)
