The https://github.com/OpenTechStrategies/SimpleBook/blob/main/api/mw2pdf/get-cookies.sh script is called by our flask app but is hard coded to point to a (now dead) server and a specific competition.

We need to make the script generic. This will also mean taking a moment to understand (and document) what it's doing and why.
