New fields (the move in/move out I think will replace the existing move in/move out dates?):

[x] Add a “Move-In” category with dropdown options of Fall, Winter, Spring, Summer
[x] Add a “Move-Out” category with dropdown options of Fall, Winter, Spring, Summer
[x] Add a “Move-In Year” textbox
[x] Add a “Move-Out Year” textbox
[x] Change "School Year" to save and display an academic year, and allow adding new values as well as selecting from existing values

Old fields:

[x] Remove "Household size for TRP" field because it is now calculated
[x] Remove "Dependency Status" field because it is now calculated

Display improvements:

[x] Add a “Reason for Independent Status” with checkboxes: Age 24 or older, Master or Above, Married, Military, Has children, Homeless, Self-Sustaining (rather than listing multiple categories). Please place near “Dependency Status” when adding a new participant.
[x] Change "Notes" to use a textarea instead of a textbox
