Rebrand as LVYSN instead of TTM/Enlace. @kevinrak9 will send us list of places that he would like to make this change, but mainly: header and login landing page.

Change "Testing the Model" and "Enlace" to "Little Village Youth Safety Network" in the header and landing page. Move the Enlace logo to the footer.
