It would be better if it only counted youth enrolled in sessions that were within the start and end dates. That will make it much easier to see enrollment and attendance for a selected time period (by hitting "select all" rather than each session individually).
Currently, the attendance report does not limit enrollment by time period. It finds all the enrollees in the selected sessions. This change would involve checking session start and end dates, and probably showing "N/A" for the enrollment of sessions which took place outside the reported-on dates. It would also check enrollment and dropped dates for the youth enrolled in the sessions and only count those enrolled during the reported-on dates. The youth who dropped out of the sessions would be included or excluded based on the "exclude dropped youth" checkbox, just as they are now.
