Datepicker defaults to 1920 instead of "today" #171

@kevinrak9 reports that datepickers (e.g. in the search in enlace/participants/participants.php) default to 1920 (the first year in the datepicker dropdown).

At first look, Firefox is defaulting to "today" for me, so this warrants some more investigation.
