Enlace: Add Date Modified to Assessments #230

From Enlace:

If this date is going to be used to monitor data entry users then there is no point in cluttering what data entry users see. Since date logged within the export is fixed, we can add this date last modified there as well.

Developer Notes:

This will just be displayed as another subscript on the participant page.
