The exports all contain a date logged date. These are useful from a maintanence frame but are less useful when one is trying to run custom reports. Date administered should be a new variable gathered and exported alongisde date logged. Technical Notes: Exports should gather and report date administered alongside date logged in exported data sets.

This should affect enlace_new_surveys, enlace_new_surveys_deid, enlace_impact_surveys, enlace_impact_surveys_deid, enlace_intake_surveys, enlace_intake_surveys_deid
