Right now, there are three main structures: Institutions, Programs, and Sessions. Change these names to Organizations, Program Sites/Orgs, Programs. Those are more in line how the system is used.

This will be a two phase project, with the UI changes coming first, and then changes to make the DB in line with it after they are confirmed to work later.

One of the reasons for this change is that the UI is inconsistent. Sometimes sessions use "Programs" in the heading, sometimes institutions use "Organization" in the heading, etc.
