[x] Show user who made the change and the date of the change on the change list
[ ] Change the message (if possible) to include the type of the object that was changed.
[x] Remove archive option
[ ] Change labels to be more human-readable

We definitely can change the message to include the type of the object that was changed, because we have the id of the content type, but I'm not sure how to do it right off the bat, so I'm going to come back to this. (Same deal for changing the labels -- because we're inheriting from Django's LogEntry class, it doesn't seem like it's as simple as adding a "verbose_name" argument).
