User Guide Needs Screenshots #259

User Guide should include screenshots/gifs pointing to where things are and demonstrating actions. We could use a gif-maker software to do so. (In going through the user guide some things arn't intuitive by reading.)

+1 all over this. Our main contact at the client is likely to make some of these for their trainings, but it's a good idea to include that in our roadmap for the app, too.
