The educational resources section doesn't include any page or resources link for people to learn about Blockchain Technology. They need insights into the technology before diving right into it.

I would like to provide a page for the users to learn more about the Blockchain technology and gain some knowledge about it by exploring articles, recommended books and tutorial docs to help them.

I shall design a better page but include all these resources.
