Feature Description

Issue Title: Add .gitignore, Pull Request Template, and Issue Template

Description: To improve project management and streamline contributions, we need to add the following files:

1. .gitignore: Exclude unnecessary files and directories (e.g., node_modules, build files, etc.) from version control.
2. Pull Request Template: Create a template to guide contributors on what information to include when submitting a pull request.
3. Issue Template: Develop a template for submitting issues to help users provide relevant details, such as bug reports or feature requests.

These additions will enhance collaboration and ensure consistency across contributions.

Use Case

This issue aims to add a .gitignore file to exclude unnecessary files from version control, along with pull request and issue templates to streamline contributions. These enhancements will improve project organization and make it easier for contributors to follow guidelines.
