[Feature Request]: Crypto News Fetching Integration

Please provide a detailed description of the feature you are requesting.

I propose adding a new feature that allows users to fetch the latest cryptocurrency news directly through the bot using a reliable API (e.g., CoinGecko or CryptoPanic). This feature would display the top 5 news articles related to cryptocurrency with brief summaries and links to full articles, enhancing the bot's utility.

Describe the new feature or enhancement you'd like to see: A new "Crypto News" button will be added to the main menu of the bot. Upon clicking, the bot will fetch and display the latest news articles from the chosen API. Each article will include a title, short description, and a link to the full article. A "Back to Main Menu" button will be provided for navigation. Error handling will display user-friendly messages in case of API failures.
