Add Mistral APIs? #122

Mistral AI now has APIs and they come with terms and conditions. It would be great to add them to this collection.

Thanks, that's a good suggestion :)

From what we understand with @Ndpnt, Mistral AI publish a Terms of Service for using its API which should be typed as a Developer Terms and the Terms of Service are called Terms of Use, it's a little bit confusing :)

We may also follow the Privacy Policy and Data Processor Agreement.
