  • Replace the to-be-determined date in history file directly from GitHub or check out branch update_open_ai_terms_of_service and do so on your local

The Service terms appear to be additional documents to the Terms of use. This change therefore seems inappropriate to me, but don't hesitate to open an issue if you think I'm wrong.
