Updating PR leads to an error saying "HttpError: 404 Not Found" #136

When trying to use the contribution tool, when clicking on "Send Document", an error happens every time.

It unfortunately happened to @MattiSG during a demo.

After some investigation it seems

it works correctly with my personal TOKEN, showing that 404 is not the real problem.
Expiration of the token would lead to a 404 when using GitHub rest API
tokens used by the contribution tool are not expired
returned headers do not show any information that the token is not valid anymore
Updating to latest version of octokit does not resolve the problem
Creating a new token for bot@opentermsarchive.org with the same permissions as my local one does not work either anymore
Creating a new token for my email with the same permissions as my local one work correctly

It thus seems that there might be a problem with the bot@opentermsarchive.org and I will try to investigate further now

This in fact was happening because OTA Bot was not part of a team that had write access on the sandbox-declarations repository.

I added it and this error is resolved.
