Improve the case of PR names #142

Created pull request name following snake case.

I suggest to use kebab case because separing each words by a - allow to select word one by one.

my-new-pr instead of my_new_pr

I definitely agree and ended up with the same conclusion many years ago at my first job with @Ndpnt :-)
