Problem Statement

We need to link the contributing file in the Readme of the Engine repo so that anyone reading the readme can easily access it and reduce friction for contributors.

What happens if this is not addressed

We might lose some contributors as they might find it hard to find contributing files and eventually contribute

Potential solutions

Add a link of the contributing file to the readme of the repository
