It is often needed to test the tracking of a document directly from the declaration repository.
This PR adds this possibility through the use of npm run track [service_id]...
npm run track [service_id]...

@Ndpnt I was not able to find a solution to factorize the git diff command, so I reverted and tested. It should work fine now
