Why this PR

Why we need this PR? This PR is abut setup auto evaluation repo including

• Text classification (sentiment)
• Question answering (I think it should be include multiple choices question answering or ONET)
• Summarization
• Token classification
• Machine translation

Changes

• Add __init__.py files in each folder.
