Add seek_viewer utility #10

Add an expanded seek_viewer utility with more features than test or test_pro. If it is of interest, please feel free to strip the comments/attribution and license how you want.

Thanks for contributing, nice little tool by the way. Made no real modifications, just some markup and a bit more verbose command line option help.

Great, very happy to contribute something :) I think it needs to be added to the main Makefile install target?

Ah yes indeed, will do that. Then I still need to update the README and then I will release recent developments to the master branch
