Is CompactPRO XR supported? Documentation doesn't specify

The CompactPRO XR is the same resolution, I'm assuming it's the same or similar chip, but the frame rate is different so not sure if it's supported?

Yes it is. The Compact and Compact Pro work. XR is just the lens focal length so that doesn't affect the comms.
