Is anyone available to look at this issue, or should we freeze cmocka at the last good version?

Is the problem cmocka or a compiler update?

https://github.com/OpenTimelineIO/OpenTimelineIO-C-Bindings/issues/22 is the same issue. Unless I'm mistaken, the error doesn't seems related to cmocka?

Thank you. I added notes to #22, and changed the title to reflect the problem. I also suggested a path forward.
