deprecated/archive repo #7

heya,

a few weeks ago we pushed https://github.com/pelias/docker as a replacement for https://github.com/pelias/dockerfiles.

the latter is now deprecated, so we should probably either delete/archive this content and shift it over to a new repo based on https://github.com/pelias/docker.

that will make everything easier to update and manage going forward.

do you need any help with the migration?
