[Feature Request] PUT 添加对应 PATCH 方法 #155

后端大部分 PUT 请求改为 PATCH 对应 path+/_modify，其余直接增加对应的 PATCH 方法

treehole_next 中：

PUT /holes/:id == PATCH /holes/:id/_modify
PUT /users/:id == PATCH /users/:id/_modify
PUT /divisions/:id == PATCH /divisions/:id/_modify
PUT /tags/:id == PATCH /tags/:id/_modify
PUT /floors/:id == PATCH /floors/:id/_modify
PUT /floors/:id/_sensitive == PATCH /floors/:id/_sensitive // 直接增加
PUT /messages == PATCH /messages/_clear // 特殊含义
PUT /user/favorites == PATCH /user/favorites/_modify
PUT /user/favorite_groups == PATCH /user/favorite_groups/_modify

auth 中：

PUT /register == PATCH /register // 直接增加
PUT /users/:id == PATCH /users/:id/_modify
PUT /shamir/refresh == PATCH /shamir/refresh

danke 中：

PUT /reviews/:id == PATCH /reviews/:id/_modify
PUT /v3/reviews/:id/_sensitive == PATCH /v3/reviews/:id/_sensitive // 直接增加
