Map/satellite/hybrid buttons not available on production TreeMapLA app #179

This may be fixed by the next push to the app stores, but when I downloaded the TreeMapLA app from Google Play, the map/satellite/hybrid buttons did not appear on the map page. The client also reported this issue. I was testing on an HTC One.

This was fixed in verified over a month ago (7/8). Is it possible the TreeMapLA app is that far behind?

@steventlamb Oh good point. They easily could be as we were waiting to do a push to the stores until the stewardship stuff was handled. I'll leave this open for now, but I think it's likely fixed.
