Display the tree deterministically #6

You can visit / view a particular focal clade twice and get radically different views as a result of child node reordering, e.g. if the children are A B C then sometimes A will be at the top, sometimes B etc.

Consistency is desirable so that places in the tree can be found and re-found easily, e.g. one person saying to another "look at the top three" or "it's down at the bottom".
