I found 8 relevant trees here:

http://datadryad.org/resource/doi:10.5061/dryad.f55c5

The description is:

Each NEXUS-formatted file includes (1) a phylogenetic estimate of relationships among nymphalid butterfly families based on Wahlberg et al. (2009) and (2) a data matrix for wing pattern characters.

This Dryad deposit is associated with a different article (Oliver 2014) but suggests that it reflects the hypotheses presented in Wahlberg 2009 (the one that the commenter cites).

I haven't studied Oliver 2014 to see how these 8 trees relate to the trees in the figures on the Wahlberg article; I guess that would be the next step. If we can pick a single tree that captures the commenter's remarks, we can add it to synthesis. Otherwise we either write to Wahlberg et al, or manually convert the Wahlberg figures to Newicks.
