Phylogeny wonkiness #542

This phylogeny is wrong and includes invalid names (eg N. fossor, N. gandior, and N. mysticallis). The Sikes & Venables 2013 phylogeny is open source & shared in treebase so it is confusing that it's not been pulled into this project.

synonyms will be dealt with by https://github.com/OpenTreeOfLife/edOTTs/commit/f4144384df0b27ce7566be54f94961d51be2966a the Sikes and Venables tree is included in synth. unsampled taxa fall to the MRCA of their group via taxonomic placement.
