FYI clicking the Tree and annotations link gives no result under default settings for Linux Chromium, seems due to lack of secure link which needs to be bypassed.

Hmm... looks like its an http link, though if you replace http with https it still works.

OK, I updated germinator:doc/ot-synthesis-v13.4.md to use https for links to files.opentreeoflife.org
