add Mammalia, Tetrapoda to monophyly tests #134

The whole Sarcopterygii->Dipnotetrapodomorpha->Tetrapoda->Amniota->Mammalia lineage was broken in the latest draft version, and I didn't notice. Can someone else ok and merge this? @mtholder @bredelings
