If you go to Analyses > Bayesian covariance (78 mammals) > Synthetic Tree of Life > Go!

If you then, unhide the 6 conflicting nodes, one of them conflicts with a whole bunch of nodes in Rattus. The whole group has a single link, whereas I think each of the conflicting nodes should have its own link.

Also, if any of the conflicting nodes has a null witness_name, then an empty string is printed. So, before I managed to fill in the witness name for mrcaottXottY nodes, the bunch of conflicting nodes was printed as ,,,,,, -- a bunch of commas.
