Tiny fixes for phylesystem-api deployment #14

I'm ready to help with Ansible deployment! Please review these initial ideas.

I had had some issues with the requirements.txt git repo reqs conflicting with the installed peyotl... or something. But I didn't take good notes! So I think working from here and then editing if necessary is good.
